Aubergine (Italian Kitchen)

Aubergine Violetta di Firenze.

Finely Flavoured Italian Variety.
Ideal for greenhouse or conservatory.
Large, heavy oval fruits.

Cultural Instructions:
Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approx. 15-20C (60-68F) using a finely sieved moist compost. Cover the seeds with 6mm (1/4) Sieved compost. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle singly into 75mm (3) pots. Finally transplant into large pots, grow bags or the greenhouse border allowing 45-60cm (1 1/2 - 2) between plants.
