Spinach (Italian Kitchen)
Use as a baby leaf or pick mature leaves as required. Vigorous plants with good leaf production.
Cultural Instructions: Sow thinly into finely raked warm, moist soil at a depth of 13mm (1/2) in rows about 30cm (12) apart. Thin seedlings to 5-10cm (2-4) between plants. Water in dry weather. Also successful as an over wintering crop. Allowseedlings to stand over winter, thinning early spring to 5-10cm (2-4) between plants.
Afford some cloche protection if weather is severe.
