Organic Herb Collection (Seed Tape)

*Basil Sweet
*Coriander

Basil Sweet - Annual herb with shiny, aromatic leaves. The flavour enhances salads and tomato dishes.

Coriander Jantar - A feathery annual, with clusters of spicy seeds used in curries and casseroles, and may be groundover lamb or pork.

Parsley Grune Perle - Tall growing, strong variety. Mid-green foliage with an attractive curl.

Sowing & Growing:

Choose a sunny spot in the garden with weed-free soil. dig and rake to a fine crumbly surface. Using the corner of a hoe or rake draw a groove into moist soil. Carefully seperate the 3 tapes and sow according to the calender (left). Roll out the tape along the groove and cover with soil. Keep the soil moist, watch your seed grow. Thin resulting seedlings to around 15cm (6) for the parsley and 23cm (9) for the basil and coriander. remember you can cut the tape to suit row length.
