Increasingly popular in restaurants micro greens are an exciting type of salad with great visual impact as a garnish and an incredible amount of flavour packed into the tiny leaves.

For indoor sowing:

When - February to October.

Where - In trays or pots of compost, perlite or specialised matting.

How - Sow thinly and keep moist. For continuous crops sow every 2 weeks. It is best to sow little and often.

Care - Do not allow to dry out.

Harvest - February to November. Cut with scissors when approx. 5cm (2in) high.
