Cool Carrots - Unusual ball shaped carrots to help you stay fit & healthy.
*Step 1* Sow seeds outdoors, March to July, thinly in rows 20cm apart and cover with about 1 1/2cm of fine soil.
*Step 2* Keep well watered to prevent roots spiltting.
*Step 3* Harvest June to October. Pull up alternate carrots so the others have space to grow on.
*Step 4* Wash and eat the crunchy roots raw as a snack, in salads or cooked.
