To Sow & Grow: Sow indoors in pots of seed compost,two seeds per pot. In May, place the plants outside for a few hours during the day to avoid frosts. Then plant out late May to June. Support with canes or netting and water regularly. They can be harvested from July.

Or sow outdoors where they are to crop 5cm (2) deep and 30cm apart. Sow 2 seeds per position.
