Blocky, firm, thick walled, shiny yellow fruits up to 200g (7oz) in weight. The central core is easily removed making it one of the best varieties for stuffing & baking. Fruits keep up to 4 weeks in refrigerator. Excellent for baking, can also be used as a slicing tomato. Grow indoors or outdoors as an indeterminate / cordon.

Sowing Instructions: Place seeds on the surface of a good, free-draining, damp, seed sowing mix and cover with a fine sprinkling of sowing mix or vermiculite. Place in a propagator at a constant temperature of around 18-20c (64-68F) until after germination,which takes 7-14 days.

Growing Instructions: Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into 7.5cm (3in) pots. Plant in final situation when 20cm (8in) high, 45cm (18in) apart. Remove side shoots regularly . Harvest August until first frost.

Serving Suggestion: Stuff with rice and meats or cheese and then bake. Delicious!
