Bean : Broad Bean : Statissa (Kew Urban)

Compact, upright plant habit, and producing early setting of short, slender pods. Pick regularly for delicious mangetout pods to eat raw or steamed, or allow pods to fill out with tasty small beans. Broad Bean Statissa is ideal in containers.
As plants mature they may require staking with hazel twigs or canes to help support the crop.
Keep well watered during dry weather.
