A classic in roast dishes and Mediterranean foods, Rosemary is both a tasty herb and an attractive garden shrub with light blue flowers and deep silvery-green needle-like leaves. The leaves can be dried over winter and stored in jars, or used in oils and vinegars as flavourings. Very fine with lamb.
