Delivery

Total satisfaction is what we're after! So we intend despatching your seeds within 2 days by first class post, so you should receive them within 4 days of your order. We don't substitute unless you select to do so when placing your order! We endevour to keep all our lines in stock or remove them from the website. If we don't have something you've ordered we will refund the amount back onto your credit card. For all those overseas seed purchasers there will be a postage charge but this will only be minimal and you can see the charge as your order is being complied to ensure delivery please ensure you select the correct Posatge zone either Europe or international and once payment is received with the correct postal fee your order will be dispatched.

Returns

If you're ever unhappy with the seeds you receive, send them back and we will refund you. If your seeds don't perform, turn out to be something else or another colour, don't hesitate to let us know and we will refund you your money. We know it's Happy Customers that come back time and time again and tell their gardening friends all about us! We don't have pages of terms and conditions. You Order, We Pack and Post, if we don't have it or you're dissappointed by it we Refund you! Simple!
